Community Health Plan's mission is to deliver accessible managed care services that meet the needs and improve the health of our communities, and to make managed care participation beneficial for community-responsive providers.

Community Health Plan is a not-for-profit health plan founded in 1992 by a network of community and migrant health centers in Washington State.

Community Health Plan offers affordable health insurance coverage through numerous public programs under contract with the State of Washington. The health plan is the largest provider of the Basic Health and the sixth largest insurer (commercial or nonprofit) in Washington State.
